If the item which is sold out still appears on our website, then we will restock. Restocking of an item usually lasts for one week. Please check back in one week.

If it does not appear on our website, it won’t be back in stock.

It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Order Status

  • You may view the status of your order by logging into your LuxxeTrend account and clicking on Past Orders. Click here to check on that status of your order.
  • Click on Track Order at the footer of the page. Make sure to have the order # and email address available.
  • Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when
    • your order has been received or
    • your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.
  • If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.
    • Select LuxxeTrend.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
    • To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to MY ACCOUNT to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.
  • LuxxeTrend was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.

We make every effort to get it to you as soon as possible once the order is submitted successfully. Actual delivery may vary due to different shipping address, customs clearance time.



When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password. You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

Payments are accepted solely through  PayPal. Paypal accepts all major Credit/Debit Cards.

If you want to pay with your credit card without signing up on the page, you can do that. Click on “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit”. Now, you are presented with a form that requires the information about your credit or debit card.
